Finally got my physical copy of The Ninja Saviors in. Very cool. I still wish I could get my hands on the SNES cart, but at $120-ish loose, I don't think that's happening any time soon.

This re-release, at least the physical, was $29.99 + tax on Amazon. Free shipping since I have prime.

Derp. I knew I was reading something wrong there.
Anyway, a lot of the pixel art has been up-rezzed a bit, with some alterations to boot. I don't know if there are new stages, but I do know that you get two new characters after you beat it, some android chick that reminds me of Omega Red with the metallic claw extensions (or Doctor Octopus, I suppose), and a giant, hulking android that's nearly as tall as the screen. It's like using Sentinel from Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Oh, and it's in widescreen now. I don't know that it adds a ton more content than that.
