Very cool indeed. I'm looking forward to that remaster for sure, and I'm completely unsurprised at Kawazu's love for AD&D. It really shows in a lot of his stuff.
I still have so much nostalgia for the first two FFL games (i.e. SaGa 1/2). FFL3 is its own thing, and I have yet to finish it despite it being more "traditional" than many of the other games in the series. (I'm pretty sure Kawazu didn't even work on SaGa 3, but had moved on to working on Romancing SaGa.)

Yep, FFL3 was the Mystic Quest / Treasure of the Rudras team. Although I actually like Mystic Quest, I'm always surprised they had a game of Rudra's caliber in them.
