Booted up Stella Deus on a whim while testing some of the new setup, and listening to the intro, I'm like, "Man, this really sounds like some Hitoshi Sakimoto." Looked it up, and... yep, it's him. (Also Masaharu Iwata.)

Speaking of Stella Deus, it's a solid SRPG with some interesting mechanics and I recommend it. Only caveat is that it has an inversed difficulty curve and there's a good few hours at the end where things have gotten easy and you've already gotten all your abilities and things get a little dull. But most of it is very good.
