Some good picks here. I was always kind of curious about LittleBigPlanet's single player campaign.
Fable II was the one in that series I enjoyed. Cool stuff. I had a lot of fun with LBP. It's easy to forget, but at the time a 2D or 2.5D sidescroller on a major console platform was kinda novel. We went through the 5th and 6th generations without many sidescrollers. Then all of a sudden, it's like the flood gates opened. LBP was one of the first, or at least one of the more popular and high profile side scrollers to appear on a 7th gen console. The Wii was getting tons: Kirby, Mario, Donkey Kong. And of course, all of the indie games. But LBP coming out on a Playstation console, that was sort of out of left field for me.
The game has lots of character and style. It's clear that it's meant to put a smile on your face, and it very much does for me. I had fun blowing through the game solo, but it's also a riot to play with other people. I played through the first game co-op with my brother, and we had a ton of fun with it. There was the online aspect, which I would assume has been shut down. But you could play co-op online, as well as play custom levels designed be players. You could even create a level and upload it for others to play. That was a big part of the game, creating a sharing levels.
I never got around to playing LBP 2 or 3, mostly because I spent so much damn time with the first game. I did play LBP Karting though, and that was a lot of fun. It had the same style and humor from the main entries, mixed with your typical kart racer. But it also had LBP create and share levels. I had a lot of fun creating a few tracks.
For Fable, I didn't own an Xbox back when. One of my friends who owned an Xbox told me about Fable and how great it was. So when I realized it was on PC, I picked up a copy. I had a lot of fun with it, despite never beating it (I lost my save file). When Fable II came out, I was pumped and waiting for a PC release. But it never came! By the time Fable III came out I had lost interest in the game. Since I finally have a 360 now, Fable II is on my list to play. It's been a long wait LOL.

I played some of the original Fable on Xbox, but it didn't hold my attention. I'm more interested in part 2 and 3, as they offer local co-op multiplayer. It'll be interesting some day to see how the developers integrated co-op into the Fable game design.
The only LBP related game I've beaten is Sackboy: A Big Adventure on PS4. That is an excellent 3D platformer, that I definitely recommend to genre enthusiasts. It was ported to PC also.

Nice. I actually have Sackboy: A Big Adventure but I haven't played it yet. I didn't even read any reviews or watch any videos about it, I just snatched up a copy as soon as I learned about it. I'm glad to hear that it's a good game!
It seems kind of strange that it has a PC port. I mean, I get it, but this is exactly why the choice between newer consoles is more about which controller you prefer and less about which games you'll have access to. Which is probably why newer consoles just seem soulless to me.

Nice. I actually have Sackboy: A Big Adventure but I haven't played it yet. Just keep in mind the first few levels are really simple and easy, but after a few levels the complexity and difficulty start to ramp up. So don't let the initial simplicity dissuade you. Overall I was super impressed with Sackboy, at times it reached 3D Mario levels of polish and inspiration. I did beat it local co-op, but it was good enough I'd have solo'd it. >It seems kind of strange that it has a PC port All I can say is exclusives are going extinct. There's still the 1st party Nintendo games that stay on Nintendo platforms, but they tend to get ported to other Nintendo platforms, so only quasi-exclusive.

I keep wanting to play through Fable and the sequels, but always fall off of it. My brother was a big fan, though, and ripped through all three of them. I think that he liked the second game best of all - if memory serves, it has really powerful magic builds, and he almost always goes for spellcasters in those types of games.

I can remember having a lot of fun with the first Fable on PC. I put a decent amount of hours into it. If I recall correctly, the reason I stopped playing was because I lost my save data. I just never got around to starting it over. I have the anniversary edition on Steam now, I think it has better graphics or something. I should just install it, so it's ready to go should I ever feel the inspiration to start it up.

It's not even really a long game, either. Main + Extra is listed on HLTB as 20 hours, which is usually where my playthroughs fall.

Hmm, that's it? I think I was taking my time playing it. Just screwing around and level up.
