Yup, it happened. Think I'm gonna do something I haven't done in ages..... play a game while it's still hot and relevant.

lol no. I'm quite honestly "bad" at video games.
Forgot to mention that I got a free can of Red Bull when I bought this. The perks of being a GameStop shopper in 2024. I was the only person there.........

Endless Ocean Luminous NS $47.99 brand new sealed free ship eBay -Loved the first two Endless Ocean games, stoked for the third. A digital vacation I can use soon. Stoked for the procedurally generated mode where every dive is unique. If done right, that could really give this game some legs. Or fins.

Not an unexpected score or "reviewer" reaction. In general Arika's Everblue and Endless Ocean games garnered 5-7/10 scores with reviewers even back in the 6th/7th gen days. Understandable, as these aren't games for everybody. Exploratory SCUBA diving within relaxing environs, as a genre, is asking a lot of your average closed-minder player, who only plays two or three mainstream genres max. Well I can tell you when it comes to Switch games, I'll be playing Luminous before I get around to Breath of the Wild, Odyssey, or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. But I'm not playing it until June, because this is a summer game. Also by then it should be properly patched up for whatever glitches or bugs there may be.

Yeah, I just glanced at the score and meant to say it probably wouldn't mean much to you haha. This seems like such a specific niche', I think fans of these games know what they're in for and are just happy enough to get a game like this.
Eiyuden Chronicle seems like that in a way too. Long time Suikoden fans are basically saying it's Suikoden 6 and made for fans like myself, we know exactly what to expect. But some newcomers aren't adjusting well to some "old school" tendencies. Inventory limits, finite fast travel resources, etc... but everything a friend tells me about the game sounds like classic Suikoden and I bet I'll love it for that.
