Nuts & Milk is alright, but the awful jumping controls make some of the later stages frustrating as hell. I disagree the jumping is awful, I quite like the physics of it actually. My one complaint with Nuts & Milk is there's not a two player mode, wherein one player tries to rescue the princess, while the other has to "catch" the rescuer. That would have been really fun.

I've beaten it; I'm curious if you'll run into any issues if/when you play through it. The game has the same issue as Arabian (Sunsoft) in that the jumping physics eventually become incongruent with the environments. In the case of Nuts & Milk, there are trampolines that are very hard to reconcile with. Plus, you can't jump at the top of a ladder. It would have benefited from a couple of tweaks. Still fun though.

Some Namco shmup. Dunno if I've played this; lotta games from this genre all blend together in my head. No word on a US Marvel Land release.

I do love to see it. Bubble Bobble is chaotic greatness, especially two player.

I should mention that Hamster also has a YouTube channel where they play and discuss these games as they're released. Kind of hard to follow if you can't speak Japanese though. Oh and the videos are comically long. The Bubble Bobble vid that just dropped is five hours.

1983 shooting game by Tecmo, with a first-person perspective. I've played this once or twice via Tecmo Classic Arcade. Not bad.

Moar Namco. Never played this, but I have played its direct predecessor Battle City many times. If the games are anything alike this one's probably pretty good. Note that this already was released on Switch via the Namco Museum Arcade Pac.
