I don't think anyone ever listened to me when I posted it, but there's a strategy for the optional wanted poster battles that works really well if you're underleveled. It turns out that those bosses' special moves are tied to your SP meter. So if you let it charge up a bunch, they can unleash the most powerful attacks they have on you, some of which are basically instant death. So if you keep spending your SP to keep it down, they'll never use their super-duper moves, and you can just chip away and get the win.

this seems like the one must play JRPG I should check out. It is, if you enjoy charming JRPGs that exude a true feeling of going on an adventure. The GameCube VS Dreamcast music stuff really isn't that big of a deal. I doubt you'd even notice if you didn't know going in. And if you're really worried about it, you can always just download the Dreamcast version's OST, and listen to it whenever you want. I really enjoyed the new content in Legends, I don't recommend skipping it.
