This tier site is always some goofy fun:
I'm a little sleepy but this is kind of how I'd rank the Doom demons personally in which order they should be destroyed, from high priority (SS) to low priority (F). Of course, certain rooms, mobs, and situations can alter the course of war, but this was fun to randomly think about.
Arch-Vile and Pain Elemental... what needs to be said, they must be destroyed on sight.
Chaingunners have hitscanners and can snipe you. Up close they will shred you. DESTROY IMMEDIATELY! Spider Mastermind is a high level issue if you have to deal with her directly but otherwise it's easy to get around and avoid while taking out whatever else is around.
Shotgun Guy has some nasty splash hitscanning up close. Easy to take out fast though. Revenant's are crazy in many situations but sometimes not a huge issue, but those homing missiles need to stop. Arachnotron's are easy to take out up close but also devastating up close, from afar they're not a huge problem. Never a huge issue for me to dodge them but if they hit you at all, yeouch.
Caco's just annoy me but I love them. Hell Knight's and Barren of Hell can get annoying in big groups but are otherwise really easy to avoid. Hell Knight's are weaker so I usually deal with them first.
Imp's aren't too big of an issue with their fireballs. The Cyberdemon is low because he's easy to avoid and use to infight, sometimes...
Zombieman's got some chip damage hitscanning from his pistols but can usually be dealt with in a blink. Mancubus could maybe be higher and move around some, but they're never a huge issue and such a huge target.
Lost Soul's could definitely be higher in some situations, they annoy the heck out of me. Pinky is dangerous when he's coming at you with 50 of his own friends, but otherwise not that much of a problem and can't do anything from a distance.

I hate Pain Elementals, they are the worst. I'd try to take one down with missiles, but they'd just spit a Lost Soul in my direction, intercepting the missile some two inches in front of my face, so that I'd blast myself to pieces.
The Cyberdemon is a bit too low, honestly. I get it's easy to avoid, but if he catches you, that's it. Also not sure Chaingunners are worse than Revenants.

I'd put the chaingun guys in SSS. Fuck those hitscanning fucks and their rapid fire sniper shotguns.

Chaingunner is interchangeable with the top level for sure haha. Depending on the situation. In a big mixed mob I'm going to tear through them first even if an Arch-Vile is around, but you want to get to that Arch-Vile immediately too. On huge slaughter maps it's funny when the enemy limit gets hit in some cases, so Pain Elementals become completely worthless and can't spit out more Lost Souls. But they still look like floating diahhrea so I want them gone asap. If I have a BFG I don't flinch much around Cyberdemons. Plus after playing lots of Complex Doom, the vanilla Cyberdemons are kind of a joke now haha.
Summer is coming up and so is my annual DOOM ITCH. Keep waiting for Romero to drop Sigil... probably going to check out TNT: Revilution this year too.

I completely agree with your chart. If I were to make my own, it would look exactly like yours.

His review of William Shatner's Tek War earned my undying respect. I bought that game in the 90's just because it had Captain Kirk on the cover.
