I don't think I disagree, either. Dream Course is legit.

I remember investigating years ago as to whether there was an English patch for Grandia on Saturn. All my findings said something to the tune of, "There's no such thing. Why would you want that anyway? It came out on Playstation." But I have a weird obsession with playing things on specific hardware, so this comes as exciting news to me. I'll definitely play this when I've moved on from NES and focus on my unbeaten Sega Saturn games.

I just watched this vid last night, too. Exciting news! It might also be a really good choice for me to play through for the Deja Vu month; I've only finished the game once, and it has been a long, long time since then. The Saturn version is the definitive one, by all accounts: Game Arts spent four years on the game coding in pure assembly, according to one source I read back in the day.

Saturn Grandia is solid. Probably slightly better than the PSX game. I'm a big "original version" guy so I hope more people are able to experience the game in its initial state.

IIRC it does look better, especially in movement. There was always something weird about the PS version's graphics, they look kind of blurry/muddy somehow.

Justin's mom is hotter in the Saturn version.
