The new and complete Thracia 776 translation is finally out, looks pretty legit. Quite a day for FE fans.  |

bonesnapdeez and toei's favorite action-RPG Lagoon has received a complete English translation, for its X68000 version.
From the item page:
"This is an English translation patch for the X68000 release of ZOOM’s action RPG Lagoon (ラグーン), which was never released outside of Japan. It should not be confused with the later SNES release of the same title, which was similar but had substantial changes to its plot. This version of Lagoon has never been fully translated, so this is the first opportunity English-speaking gamers will have to enjoy the original story of Lagoon."

Ex Oh, cool! I don't like the SNES version anymore because the insanely tiny sword makes fighting very difficult, but with bump combat it won't be a problem. I'll have to play this eventually.

I feel like the flak he got during the last SMT translation pushed him to prioritize SRW. Everybody knows Gid loves SRW, and he knows most everybody else doesn't.* So I think he moved the SRW projects to the top of the cue out of spite. Fair enough, it's his time and his charity work. Blue Sphere and Ladystalker are the only projects he's working on that I'm really interested in.
*I only own two games in this series; SWRV and SWRX on Vita. |
