I am very familiar with Grimoire. I have not played it, but I followed its development on RPG Codex for years, and celebrated with others when it finally released. Cleve is a very... interesting person. The game so far is more like Wizardry VI/VII style, which is cool because there are not many like that. Japanese companies mostly base their Wizardry-likes on the earlier titles in the franchise (I think I slightly prefer the style Japan has refined overall for the faster and more in-depth combat, but there is still something special about the VII style that Grimoire evokes with the "open spaces" parts above ground). I read about him some from a book about Jagged Alliance 2. The dungeon tiles are to my visual taste so far also:

For folks that are super hardcore into first person dungeon crawlers, they tend to rate Grimoire highly. I'm more into Japanese first person dungeon crawlers personally, as western designed ones tend to aggravate me. But Grimoire should have a lot of content to keep you busy.

I'm definitely not shelling out for Gravity Rush Remastered at this point. I'm probably around 2/3 through the Vita version. Hopefully I'll finish it up in the next couple of days.

I have Gravity Rush for Vita but have not tried it out yet. It looks pretty cool though. Tonight I am going to play my PS4. I am excited to try out: 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. Seems promising.

Very nice, I didn't realize 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim had shipped already. Hopefully it'll break the Vanillaware curse.

It seems to be reviewing quite well, so that's hopefully a good sign.

I think Odin Sphere was their high point. Even with the asset re-use, I dug it.

I think the key to enjoying that game is to treat it much like what it mostly is: a brawler. If you enjoy the combat, and view each chapter as playing the game with a new character (with their own story bits), the repetition doesn't feel as bad.
Now Muramasa is the one that I've never really gotten on with, despite feeling somewhat similar. I wonder if much of it is just setting; I really enjoyed the fantasy stylings of Odin Sphere over the Feudal Japan setting.
